Genie HT for OptiGene

The Genie – HT (High Throughput) is the third product in the Genie range of isothermal amplification products, developed for OptiGene. It offers a similar range of features to the Genie II and III, but in a desk-mounted format that allows for the population of up to 12 user-fitted, autonomous, 8 sample well modules.

Due to initial uncertainty of take-up from the market, the casework is primarily constructed in formed and machined aluminium with minimal tooling.  It incorporates a 10” touch display and a moulded, latched sample access lid on each module for individual module access.

AVO835 for Megger

Intended as an updated replacement of the original AVO 8 (an Analogue Multimeter produced from 1951 to 2008 by Megger), the design was to set a new visual precedent, whilst retaining a continuity of style, by incorporating features reminiscent of the original unit.

With a rubber over-moulding providing improved grip and increased durability, the aesthetic was one of rugged sophistication.
